Mum and her besties joined me on this adventure, and what an adventure it was.
I added this to my list after a friend raved about it on social media. We meandered along the beautiful waterways of the Coorong, taking in the sights of sea lions and birdlife. Our journey led us to the Murray Mouth, where the river meets the Southern Ocean. Seeing this spectacular natural meeting point up close was awesome.
Our cruise took us past iconic Storm Boy filming sites and a quaint fishing village. We even spotted a family of emus playing on the beach. One of the highlights was a guided walk where we learned about bush tucker and explored the stunning dunes leading to the breathtaking 90-Mile Beach.
The service on the cruise was excellent, the food was fabulous, and the laughs were non-stop.
I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore the natural beauty and unique wildlife of the Coorong.
