I decided to tackle the kitchen head-on and learn how to make cold rolls. A massive thank you to Michelle Boyd from Yum Hugs (again) for the private class. As many of you would have learnt by now, I am not a fan of the kitchen, and the kitchen is not a fan of me, so this lesson was definitely necessary.
Not only did I learn to make cold rolls, but Michelle also gave fabulous tips on holding the knife correctly, cutting properly, how to julienne vegetables, food hygiene, and so much more.
Michelle has helped me up my kitchen game once again! She is patient, funny, kind, and full of knowledge. This was an amazing experience and delicious too. I have cold rolls for days!
