One of my “50 Before 50” challenges was to try an aqua fitness class. But, of course, I had to take it up a notch. Why settle for traditional aquarobics when you can try something completely outside the box? So, I signed up for an aqua pole boxing class!
It was an absolute blast and such an incredible workout. We were punching, kicking, and splashing our way through the session, and I was loving every minute of it. Who knew that working out in the water could be so much fun?
A massive thank you to Kelly and Amy for joining me on Friday Funday and being open to trying new things. You both made the experience even more enjoyable with your enthusiasm and laughter. And a special shoutout to Donna Wilmott, our energetic and passionate trainer. You delivered an amazing class, and your energy is infectious. I’m definitely going again!
