Happy birthday, Mummy! Here’s to another day of “collecting experiences, not things,” and another item ticked off the “50 Before 50” list. Celebrating life together with Mum, we decided to make it a memorable day by tackling the Adelaide Oval Roof Climb.
The Roof Climb offered a unique perspective of Adelaide, with panoramic views that were breathtaking. We had the chance to take in the cityscape, the River Torrens, and the sprawling Adelaide Hills in the distance. It was a great experience, seeing the iconic Oval from above.
As usual, my attention was more on enjoying the view and the experience rather than focusing on the commentary. Although I wasn’t quite brave enough to lean out over the edge, my nerves got the best of me, the photos we took are pretty impressive. The outfits we wore, though, are another story … they’re certainly a memorable part of the climb!
This adventure was a fantastic way to celebrate with Mum, creating new memories while checking off another exciting experience.
